SQULPT
The signature SQULPT class will target arms, abs, and lift that booty. Strengthen the core, tone the tri's, and tighten the thighs. Leave class feeling SQULPTED in all the right places!
CORE
A class that targets and isolates the core muscles, providing a full-body workout that strengthens and tones the abdominal, back, and pelvic muscles for improved stability and posture.
STRETCH
This class combines the SQULPTING benefits of Pilates reformer exercises with the stretching and lengthening benefits of traditional Pilates. You'll work on toning and defining your muscles while also improving your flexibility and posture for a balanced and effective workout.
FUSION
This class combines traditional Pilates reformer exercises with elements of strength training and cardio for a full-body workout that will SQULPT and tone your muscles. Get ready to sweat and feel the burn in this dynamic and challenging class.
BOUNCE
Get ready for a heart-pumping, high-flying workout in our BOUNCE Jumpboard class! You'll bounce, jump, and fly through dynamic, fun moves on the Reformer, targeting everything from your core to your legs while improving your balance and endurance. It’s the perfect mix of low-impact cardio, strength, and Pilates — all while having a blast! Come sweat it out! Not your typical Pilates reformer class. This is a heated, dynamic class that will work on strength, coordination, and detoxifying.

HEAT
Come sweat it out in this heated Mat Pilates class, powered by cutting-edge infrared heat panel technology! Not your typical Pilates session, this dynamic workout enhances strength, coordination, and flexibility while promoting detoxification through deep, cleansing sweat. The infrared heat penetrates deeper into the muscles, helping you stretch and recover more effectively as you challenge your body and leave feeling completely revitalized.​

MAT MOVE
Get ready to sculpt, tone, and burn in this high-intensity Mat Pilates class featuring a variety of props including Bala Bars and Bala Bangles! Train with targeted Pilates movements to enhance muscle definition, boost endurance, and get on the MOVE! Designed to challenge all levels, you'll feel the burn as you work every muscle group for a full-body workout.
ADVANCED SQULPT
ADVANCED SQULPT - Reformer class with guided instruction in a small group setting to help you refine your technique while tackling more complex movements and transitions, taking your practice to the next level. ADVANCED SQULPT is open to a variety of levels, however we ask for prerequisite of completion of at least 24 classes prior to joining to ensure you are familiar with the reformer and common terminology.
BALA BARRE
This Barre-less Barre Mat Pilates class combines dynamic Pilates movements with the resistance of Bala Beams to sculpt and tone your entire body. Focus on controlled, muscle-building exercises that engage your core, improve flexibility, and enhance strength without the need for a traditional barre. Perfect for all levels, this class challenges your stability and targets every muscle group in a fun and effective way!
